Prior to pairing with Career Partners International, Florida Caribbean, Syd directed the executive coaching program for Deloitte, one of the “Big Four” professional service firms with 5,000+ partners for 8 years. During that time, he managed 75 – 100 coaching assignments each year. He has worked closely as a consultant to senior partners for nearly 20 years and is well-suited to provide executive coaching services to senior executives and leaders in all industries and functional areas. He is also an expert in crafting support strategies for executives who appear to struggle with addiction or other psychological and emotional disorders.

Armed with a PhD in I/O Psychology, her passion for her profession has been exercised as Professor, Researcher, Consultant and Coach in diverse industries and professional organizations in México, Puerto Rico and the United States. She has developed leader development programs in large organizations whose results have been measured with learning and behavioral measures. She has conducted research on the development of Industrial Organizational Psychology and diverse topics in Occupational Health Psychology whose results have been presented in professional conferences and published in professional peer-reviewed journals and newspapers.

An accomplished business executive with over 30 years’ experience encompassing a multi-discipline background. Her education includes the Program for Management Development at Harvard Business School, an MBA from the University of Miami (Phi Kappa Phi, Beta Gamma Sigma), and a BA in Mathematics from Duke University (Phi Beta Kappa, Magna Cum Laude). Her professional background includes various executive positions in Marketing, Market and Product Management, Operations and Human Resources, Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Senior Vice President in diverse industries.
