Diversity in Action Awards
Savvy businesses – large and small – understand that in this dynamic environment, diversity is more than just a concept deserving of lip service. It is, in fact, essential to an organization’s sustainability in South Florida, a population comprised of men and women of all ages, races, nations of origin, and religions.
The goal of GMSHRM’s Diversity In Action Awards program is to recognize and honor those companies or professionals whose best practices have impacted our community through their workplace initiatives to promote Corporate Social Responsibility.

Ms. T.K.Floyd. A desire to help others is a common theme in T.K. Floyd’s life, and this desire has motivated many of her personal, educational, and professional pursuits. She tries to live her life in harmony with the well-known phrase “to whom much is given, much is required.” After spending most of her legal career as a commercial litigator, T.K. decided to take a leap of faith to focus her practice on family law matters. She made this transition based on her desire to help build and strengthen families in the community. Through the Law Office of T.K. Floyd, PLLC, she offers compassionate and skillful legal assistance with adoptions, divorces, child custody disputes, child support cases, simple wills, and probate matters.
